I tried this dish for the first time a couple of months ago when I went vegan and have had it about a hundred times since! The Manchurian balls are packed full of veggies and have that awesome garlicky flavour that you just can never seem to recreate at home! The sauce is sticky, sweet, sour, and a little bit spicy, basically, the best thing I have ever tasted! A true gem and my 100% recommendation for the yummiest dish for both vegans and meat-eaters alike!
