The pineapple pie cake from Sweet and Me is an absolute hidden gem. Hiding behind the layer of toasted meringue is a coconut and pineapple layered cake that melts in your mouth. It is a combination of the classic pineapple pie from Sweet and Me but in a cake format; meshing together culture and food seamlessly. This is such an iconic item on the menu that we get it annually as my wife's birthday cake. While every cake that Bertrand and the team makes is fabulous this has to be our all-time favourite.
