I first had Massuman curry in Thailand 10 years ago and nothing has come close to how good this curry was until I found Siamese Doll. The curry is very rich with a sweet fragrant taste. It’s so authentic and even has a whole cinnamon stick and star anise in it. The lamb just melts in your mouth too. Also it’s the first meal we had in our new home, so this dish is very special to me.
