This has been a huge favourite at this restaurant, an icon dish on the menu for many years and still as delicious as ever. Beautiful crispy crumb with soft scallop inside with an amazing Asian light sauce. Delicious - the best, as an entree, but for me - a main course size portion. Sails is famous for its seafood menu so its appropriate that an old favourite - simple yet perfectly cooked - should deserve an award.
