Scampi is expensive to find, and most dont know how to cook it well. I can’t go past having it everytime at Rothko, they cook it perfectly, it looks amazing and has me coming back all the time. A restaurant 5km from the sea, Rothko represents a seafood dish as if Poseidon himself had made it.
