Duck, Truffle & Black Garlic

We attended a pop-up dinner with super Chefs Nick Honeyman and Hayden McMillan. Whilst everything was sublime, the truffle and thyme marinated Easterbrooks farm duck breast with shaved truffle with black garlic puree, smoked potato, has proved to be the best dish enjoyed this year.
