I missed having crayfish coming from the Pacific where this is abundantly available in the Cook Islands and it was cheap too! I have been to the Auckland Fish Market and seafood shops, buts it's hard to find crayfish. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this crayfish dish in Auckland at Odettes. The price is so affordable too. It feels like I have come home.
