The dish comprises the most delicious Wagyu and lemongrass longganisa sausage, atchara pickle, chipotle mayo, coriander, peanuts all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Some of the most inventive and incredible dishes are born out of the fusion of immigrant cultures and their newfound homes. It's Filipino-Kiwi fusion at its finest and if Marco Pierre White himself crowned it the “Best in Taste of Auckland 2019” then you know its gospel!
