This dish is absolute perfection. It has the perfect balance of flavours, textures and variety of seafood. The reason it is so special to me is because this is my girlfriend's favourite dish as well. She fell in love with it and every time she comes to Auckland, we go to Mr Hao's to have it. It makes Auckland so much more special for her and for me. It is absolutely delicious and every part of the dish is perfect. From the crunchy lotus stem to the delicious crab, my mouth is watering thinking about it. All of the dishes at Mr Hao's are delicious but this is definitely the best one of them all. So if you're ever at Mr Hao's don't miss out on the spicy seafood platter!
