I have never liked pork belly but was taken here for a work dinner and tried it as part of a family style dinner and have been an addict ever since! The staff now all know me and my order as I get the same thing every time and I always tell my friends I'm not sharing (you typically share dishes here)! The pork belly is the perfect amount of crispy outer crackling with soft and succulent juicy pork inside, served with the most delicious caramelized chili sauce and Asian slaw. It is to die for!!
