The first time my wife and I tried this dish, we thought there was witchery involved. We were both flabbergasted, at how perfect it was. There is so much flavour packed into each mouthful. I’ve recommended Mekong Baby to many people and suggested that they try the Braised Pork Belly. I’ve literally received phone calls from these people, whilst still eating this dish, to say “thank you”. Mekong Baby has many spectacular dishes, but this one really makes me happy.
