The most incredible 'salad' I have ever had. OMG! It's a pure magic, a blend of colours and textures. DIVINE! I keep on coming back and I am always amazed by the freshness and the balance of each ingredient Luckily, it is the signature dish of this very talented chef! HIGHLY recommended!
