This dish is incredibly difficult to master and requires many years to be able to produce at this quality. The MasterChef's behind Huami are from China and are working in a kitchen that has incredible resources to help aid the preparation for this dish. Huami is a modern Chinese restaurant that is serving high class Cantonese Cuisine most probably the highest quality of its ethnic food group. They are using locally sourced ducks to produce this dish and they roast it in Cherrywood to create an even more authentic flavour. The reason why I love this, is because it’s not something to be consumed alone, it is generally eaten with a group of people around a large table bringing people together and sharing the same meal.
