OMG. Depot just celebrated it's 10 year birthday and potentially one of the ingredients to this success is their perfectly delicious fish sliders. A hit with people of all ages (including my kid since he was 5), these are just so consistently good. Served warm, with fresh fish, the slider with just the right amount of crispness, and then there is that lemon mayo. So good we now make it at home for when we can't get into the city.
