This donut is one of the best donuts I have had in my life! The first bite always takes me back to my childhood when I would get $10 on my birthday to order my lunch from the local bakery, prioritising the donut first and then getting whatever sandwich I could afford with the leftover cash. The pastry is soft and fluffy and the cream is REAL (not that sickening mock cream you get at some places) with the perfect raspberry infusion. Crafty Baker is in Glen Eden and they've just opened a new store in Titirangi which I can't wait to check out!
