I had organized a surprise 60th for my mum and all her friends. Cocos Cantina is one of those places that’s all about the people and the food. There are so many amazing dishes but sometimes it’s just the “simple” fries that you can’t go past . But of course these aren’t really fries - they are fluffy, crispy, crunchy pillows of goodness. A crispy comfort food at its best!
