Butterbaby NZ gets a big resounding thumbs up for this delish brioche donut that is piped to the brim with a delicate and delicious creamy mix of pandan and sago filling. Love how the top of the donut is also lightly glazed with pandan and a light drizzle of dessicated coconut. Both pandan and sago are iconic ingredients familiar to South East Asian cooking that hit the homesick spot for me especially when I crave the taste and flavours of Singapore, where I originally come from.
