It's a humble pie. And what could be more Kiwi than that? What makes this pie more special is that it is palusami in a pie. Palusami is a samoan dish and my favourite Samoan dish too! I'm a New Zealand-born Samoan so this dish encapsulates my Samoan and NZ culture in one and I love it for its simplicity and how delicious it is.
