Holy grilled fish, Batman! I think if Auckland should have an iconic dish, it should be this one. All the freshness of freshly caught NZ Snapper, paired with a magical sauce that seeps deep into the flesh and bones of the fish, and then thrown into the fire with a bang. Eat it with steaming jasmine rice, dip it into the sambal kecap, and you've got a party in your mouth!
