Volcano Sushi Roll

The concept of sushi is fresh seafood and often served at room temperature. The whole idea of volcano sushi throws that concept to the flame, literally. Seeing the platter of sushi beautifully presented with glistening roe, then to have a flame-thrower (ok blow torch) make them pop to produce this amazingly smoky flavour and beautiful crunch is nothing short of amazing.
