Seafood chowder is a NZ classic I remember my mother preparing for Sunday lunch. Each version was a little different depending on what was available. Annabelle's is the only restaurant that has come anywhere near producing a seafood chowder to match that of my mother's. Nothing can beat eating this iconic dish, with family, seated at Annabelle's restaurant, looking out at the wonderful ocean view. Life doesn't get any better.
