This dish is incredible! Beautiful, comforting, rich and complex flavours. You can choose to splurge on carbs and have it all to yourself (so worth it!) with a gorgeous glass of vino or share with someone you love. You would have to love them to be willing to share this dish! This is HEAVEN ON A PLATE! It was first brought to my attention when all three of my children insisted I order this when they heard I was going with friends to Andiamo. And they were so right! Everyone at the table oohed and aahed over this. We loved everything we had but this was hands down the absolute favourite and we have ordered it ever since! Obviously a dish for all generations.
