Ampersand is my favourite local. The owners and staff so warmly welcome everyone, every time and that sets the mood and the pleasure to come. The food is always imaginatively presented, so much care.....and that's the point - sticky date pudding always finishes what has been a fun and pleasurable time. I always send my thanks to the chef.
