I hated brussel sprouts until I tried this dish. It was recommended by the waitress and we were told it was their signature dish so thought we would give it a go. Chargrilled brussel sprouts, stracciatella, aged balsamic. I booked to go back just to have this dish again, along with a few others. Love this old convent building as well.
