Albanian Scrambled Eggs

It’s a classic Albanian breakfast of scrambled eggs with an authentic home made house smoked suxhuk* (*sujook = Albanian house smoked beef sausage) which is made by Eddie’’s father. It’s a dish Eddie (owner) grew up with and was made by his father who was in hospitality his entire life in Albania. Eddie and his family came to NZ as refugees due to the Kosovo War. It’s my favourite dish and the signature dish for breakfast and brunch.
