We love it because it's made in-house by chef Lesley Hottaiux. She makes them each day, and it has the perfect texture and a delicate flavour. The pickles cut through the richness of the sausage and the mustard adds the right zing. Complemented by a wine selected by Ismo who is Lesley’s partner and an expert with wine, and you feel like you are transported to a wine bar in France, not sitting on busy K Road.
