So I'm one of the fortunate ones to have tried James's burgers when he first started out in Manurewa as SMOKYS, and all I can say is this brother can make a burger that really hits the munchies on the head like a Mike Tyson punch, whether it's lunch or dinner, it's a guaranteed winner. His passion and love of making the best burgers is only matched by his love and support of all small local businesses, especially during Covid when it felt like make or break for the brother, he actually persevered, grinded and hustle his way through and that's one of the many reasons he is still here killing it in the game.
