Tuna Sashimi Tostada

I love this dish, I think of it often! It's crunchy, soft, sweet, has a bit of kick, is a good sharing plate and a great example of a simple stunner! I talk about this dish more often than seems necessary, and I swear most people I know have had it and generally agree that it's the best offering on the menu (or we get into discussions about which Tostada is the best! It's usually between the tuna sashimi and the heirloom tomato) which goes to show how popular this dish is in Auckland.
