My boyfriend competes in Body Building competitions and the night we tried this for the first time was his first cheat meal in 8 months! One of our only date nights was at Amano, the night after he'd won gold in his division and gold in overall Men's physique! This dish took us by surprise, it was "decadence in meat" as he describes it. We've had lamb shoulder before, but not like this. His next cheat meal is going to be exactly what we ordered... again. The most special part of the night was that even though he loved this meal he saved me some so I could have it for lunch!!
