Me and my partner were on our 1st year anniversary date at Yume and we ordered the ORA King Salmon Roll Sushi as a fill in dish during the middle of our dining experience. We were nearly full at the time, but the smokey flavoured salmon layered over the top of the sushi roll just melts in your mouth. So much so, that our already full stuffed selves ordered another roll... and then another! It's just one of those dishes that you remember and if you could just eat 1 dish for the rest of your life, you'd be happy.
