Born in a flash of inspiration through unforeseen circumstances - the Creamy Chicken Gnocchi first graced the specials board of Vivace back in 1991. It proved to be so popular that for decades wait staff have been explaining the size difference between the entree and main in terms of balls. Nowadays however, the balls are somewhat smaller but more plentiful. The delicious comfort factor of the dish remains the same, sweet kumara meets savoury chicken in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, yum.
