Having ignored this local restaurant for a few years, we were taken there by a friend who was a chef. We've been regulars since, seldom going more than a few weeks without going, and this dish almost always features! The dough is perfectly light, the filling strikes a balance between flavour and consistency, and the cooking is always perfect.
