This dish is the bomb! It’s made of Wagyu and lemongrass sausage topped with coriander and atchara pickle, drizzled with chipotle mayo on a bed of warm tortilla. Yum! This dish was awarded the “Best in Taste of Auckland 2019” which was judged by no less than celebrity chef Marco Pierre White.
