Sambal eggplant

The combination of chicken, prawns and eggplant coated with sambal sauce on top of steaming white rice sends an explosion of flavour in my mouth for each and every bite. Just heavenly! I'm a fan of the dish since my first order and is a mainstay of every dine-in or takeaway order over the years. This tops my list of favourite food ever.
