Special Fish Curry - Malabar style fish, curry leaf, coconut

I was initially gutted at myself for missing out on ordering from the Cassia's special takeout menu in the first lockdown and when the opportunity presented itself in August... one had to grab it. I was so overjoyed that I got three dishes for myself (yes, you read that right). It was hard to pick my favourite, but ultimately it was "The Special fish curry". The fresh snapper was coated in Kerala sauce which was indeed mild, with creamy consistency. I can't describe the flavour well, but it was like korma but make it 100x times better (sorry but I hope you understand it was sooo delicious). The snapper was so damn fine, adding to the rich flavour of the sauce with every bite. Of course, I cannot forget to mention the fluffy basmati rice that was provided with the curry - this is the best curry dish I've ever tasted.
