Just a stone’s throw from Auckland Harbour in the Wynyard Quarter, you can find Baduzzi, who offer a range of inspired Italian meatballs or Polpette. Handmade and crafted into soft balls, from local lamb, venison or crayfish, the polpette are served with seasonal condiments. The Karitane crayfish meatballs include local hero fish like Hapuka or Snapper and are presented with a Jersey cream butter, smoked in-house over manuka cuttings, and a fragrant salsa verde of parsley, lemon zest, garlic and capers.
